No. Your cervix has unquestionably no impact on whether you can conceive or not. Having cancerous cells removed from your cervix CAN do problems later surrounded by pregnancy, but it's not guaranteed. It all depends on how much you own removed. If you had a LEEP and lone a thin branch was removed, you more than credible won't have any issues. If you have a full conization, your cervix will be VERY thin and frail.
