You don't say how towering you are but at 20 you're likely not to gain much loftiness naturally. Surgery is expensive and risky and unless you are extremely short, freshly live with it. I am 54 years ripened and have be stuck at 4'11" (well, plus a half in a minute and again) and it doesn't bother me. I marvel at really elevated people and at really short ethnic group (like my mother who is about 4'9" at best) and her mother be shorter and her grandmother was give or take a few 4'6" so I come from a long line of short general public! Grow your mind and take power of your height! Oh Calcutta!.. had to look that one up. Unless you suffer from extreme dwarfism it's uncommonly a good opinion to have surgery resembling that. It's expensive and not that many places do it any.
