When it gets full you tweaking it but dont let it take to full it can leak consequently youll have problems. I shift mine every hour sometimes sooner just depends on my flow of blood. Tampons you can wear greatly longer then a wad.

Well I similar to to change mine everytime I dance to the bathroom even though it's not that full, just make me feel profoundly better knowing that I have a fresh one on. in attendance's no prescribed time for you to leave it on. it depends on how large your flow is. when you don't feel comfortable anymore after it's time for you to change your wipe. the average though is changing it after 4 hours. that course you wouldn't be too late that you'd hold sideleeks already coz it's not too full, and it's not too early any that you'd be wasting your pad coz it's still alien.

I have be cramping really bad and be aware of like i enjoy tons of gas and feel approaching my stomach is going to growl ,p

When i use to wear pads I would modification them every time i felt drizzling. But now i wear tampons and their so much more comfortable and seriously more cleaner then pad. well it depends if your having a big period or hurricane lantern period.. cumbersome is when alot of blood is coming out.. light is when just a little of blood is coming out. you supposed to hold on to a pad on for roughly speaking 3 to 4 hours.. but its totaly on you.. if you want to change anytime consequently you can change your wipe anytime..
