tampons usually own a string attached to it in order for you to verbs it out. if it's hard to capture out, it's probably because its still dry. when it is full of blood it will come out easily. Or I don`t know you are using a tampon that is to big for you.

what kate said...make sure you're using a lite and don't try to pocket it out if it hasn't had adequate time to become saturated. If it take 6 or 7 hours, then so be it. Don't be in motion over 8, but don't change it every 4 purely because your afraid of TSS and it's coming out dry. Also, don't pull it out slowly and prolong it, simply pull it out express

Put some lubricant on your finger, like K-Y jelly or something similar if you enjoy it. Or, use some cooking oil Or, saliva.
