Have you have a "looping" procedure to remove mild cervical dysplasia?

Usually at-home pregnancy tests are accurate dawn around the time of your "missed" period. Therefore, the testing you took was probably accurate, provided that you followed the instructions exactly. I would steal another test in the next few days, basically to be sure. Make sure that you use your FIRST pee of the morning! It has the absolute levels of pregnancy hormone. If you used any contraception (condoms, pill, etc.), I wouldn't be too worried.

That said, near are many, plentiful reasons excluding pregnancy that your period might be in arrears. I don't know how old you are, but your menstrual cycle change and adjusts throughout your teens and even into your precipitate twenties. You might be stressed or maybe you newly started a new form of birth control. Or it could newly be a strange fluke -- my period be all of 9 days postponed once, for no good use! Just don't worry, and remember that you hold options.

Good luck!
