I not sure what exactly anemic is and I be just told I hold it?

I went to the doctor for someother sense and they tested my blood. They told me that I'm anemic and I have to pilfer three iorn pills a day. Could someone please enlighten me more about one anemic and what it's all in the order of. Thank you!

Hi Bodi, I was anemic and still am borderline. I took 3 Iron pills a light of day and it constipates you. It is a blood deficiency if I
recollect correctly Red Blood Cells. You bruise easily, own a feeling of lathery, (tired) shabby, feel resembling crap, most things are a chore, like wake up. I could go on & on. By r "handle" cant
relay if r M/F but I'm female. It's imperitive to even the White & Red cell for your imune system or r body could just shut down. I enjoy 2 word of advice Bodi, don't STOP taken the Iron and Load Up on "bran, bran, cereals, bran muffins, beans, (protien) OR capture some Bowel Movement Suppliments

They determine if your anemic by your red blood cell count! Basically, it purely means you hold low iron stores. I am anemic as well! I don't know if you enjoy notcied any change, but my primary sympton was fatigue. I found it knotty to excersize and just considered necessary to lay around all sunshine. If I am not mistaken, then this is the most adjectives sympton. Then again, I am not sure. Apparently women are more likely to own anemia because your period cause you to loose iron! I just filch my prescription pill and a multi-vitamin full of iron, and the doctor told me I should feel final to normal within about 4 months. Hope this help!
