Ingrown hair?

Whats the best way to get hold of rid of ingrown hairs and the dots and pimples you seize after waxing. I would love to wear a bikini in summer but can't because of my spotty looking bikini splash. It sucks. Does anyone else have indistinguishable problem and what can I do to get rid of this. I would love to wear a bikini and consistency sexy not shamed about my dots etc...

To prevent ingrown hair when wax:

To pull out the pelt cleanly without breaking it follow these recommendation: Apply a thin branch of wax in the direction of the hackle growth, preferably holding the spatula or tongue depresser at a 45 degree angle as you spread the wax.
