I havent been sleeping particularly well lately i find i toss and turn adjectives night and i wake up several times through the night i find my self dreaming of an prehistoric ex boy friend( IM now married) I seeem to be constantly tired adjectives the time i have a strong time to stay awake during the day to play near my 8 month old daughter I own no energy Has anyone else ever experinced this or hold som idea of what could be cause this and what i could do to fix it ?

I don't think that nearby is anything wrong with you at adjectives. I think that have big changes surrounded by your life have a baby, marital stirs many thoughts. I remember have the same dreams weeks previously my wedding daytime. It was really strange having those dreams.

I would suggest conversation about it near a friend? Or maybe even some exercise approaching yoga, to clear your mind and relax your "inner self".

you could try a sleeping pill for a few night. i've also heard that a coffee around 3:pm will lend a hand you sleep better (I guess because it'll be wearing off when you want to be twisted down). Just be careful and follow directions if you travel the route of sleeping pills. As for cause, sounds similar to maybe unresolved issues and you'd do in good health to talk to a friend (or someone who know you pretty well) about it, as they'd know you better than we do.

Period pains?

It could be sleep apnea or sleeping anxiety. I enjoy to sleep with a piece of equipment cuz i stop breathing at night. So I be never really getting good sleep cuz i would get up myself up to breath. I would suggest a sleep center. As for the Ex dreaming it is just go, i find that i do it too. Just pops in there one darkness and i haven't even thought about the individual in forever, i sucks at times but it happen.
