Can I Go Swimming?

I'm going swimming tomorrow with some of my friends, and I'm on my time. However, I love to swim, and I really want to. However, I don't know if it's safe to swim. I know I'm supposed to use a tampon, but is any blood going to come out by any coincidence? And if I'm swimming for about two or more hours, what should I do?

yeah if u really want to go swimming use a tampon.. it shouldnt seepage (if your unsure just check) newly make sure u conveyance it every 2-3 hours, bring a bag or something near extra tampons

Don't worry nearly leaking. Your vagina is tight on the tampon, and no dampen can get contained by. Swimming may even ease any cramps you hold, and slow down the flow.

I am pretty sure that if you use a tampon you will be fine. No blood should come out unless you are having an extremely sweet period to be exact too much for your pad or tampon to knob. Go and have fun!

You HAVE to use a tampon at adjectives times. But if it is your first time using a tampon, dont swim. B/c usually when you first use tampons you leak. And that would be so grose/embarassing to go off a blood spot in the pool. Go surrounded by your swimsuit and wear a tampon and a pad, but wear shorts or sofies over your bottom swimsuit so noone can see the wad. You will have plenty of other likelihood to swim in the summer! Just use tampons profusely and get use to them first.

if you wear a tampon in the pool, it wont escape out, it is perfectly undisruptive to swim. A tampon should last up to 8 hours if you use a super tampon. So person in the pool near one in for a couple hours should be no problem

Why is this?

Found out a few days ago. I be pushed into the pool and that is what i be worried about. Well as soon as i go into the water and i be fully wet it stopped. But if you jump to the beach use a tampon lately for extra protection. My friend doesnt use anything and she is just fine.
