How do you use a tampon?
Answers:
Are "tampoons" good or impossible for a woman's body..?
There is usually a instruction pamphlet inside the box. Only try to put in a tampon when you actually hold your period, don't try to practice when you're not have it. It's easiest if you prop up one of your legs on a toilet or something. It depends if your tampon has a applicator or not. If it have an applicator, put the tampon at your vagina's opening and push the applicator contained by just so it is of late inside your vagina. Now, push the tampon out of the applicator almost all the means of access. Using the applicator, push the tampon up your vagina until you it is comfortable, but the sting is still hanging out. Don't verbs, you can't really push it up to far. Now take out the applicator. The tampon shouldn't hurt. Tampons in need applicators are the same, single use your finger to push the tampon instead of the applicator. Change your tampon at least every 8 hours, no more. When you're geared up to take the tampon out, only just relax and pull benignly on the string. If it doesn't pull out glibly, your probably using a tampon for too heavy of a flow, as the tampon comes out easiest if it is drizzly.
Good Luck!
