Is it treacherous to continue taking the pill to miss a time?

Hi everyone

While I was on break, I was due to go and get my period (nearing the bring to a close of my contraceptive pills for the month), but instead of going on the 7 day break (or placebo pills), I bought a fresh pack and just kept going to hold rotten my period.

I'm someone who have a very substantial period, and I'm afraid of how it's going to be at the expiration of this month now that I've missed one.

Also, I a short time ago got a trial prescription to take these pills, though I've be taking the pill for a couple of years already. So I've never experienced what the side effects of this pill might be during my period (sometimes I get the impression nauseous, receive cramps, get a sensation contained by my legs..).

Basically, I'm just afraid that my interval, and the side effects might be two times as intense since I skipped my last one.

What do you articulate? And have you done this past to miss a period? Are nearby any risks?

Bit puzzled?

My doctor told me that skipping more then one month at a time is bleak for your system. So i only do it on those special occasion.

However i do admit that when i skip my extent and then the subsequent month comes i get it worse. Not so much flow but cramps and PMS.. its approaching twice as bad. So i know how you quality. But i realised that skipping my period for the special point is worth it for pain the subsequent month. just remember to stock up on painkillers and perpare yourself. The flow shouldn't be worse but you may bring more cramps

I did this up to that time many years ago. The time of year was not worse than the one that I skipped. As you know, they are making contemporary pills that will cause you to single has a time of year every season of the year. I am not in favor of that. It only just seems so unnatural. At any rate, finish your pack in a minute and allow the period to come. You should be fine.

Is detrol LA 4MG freshly used to reduce urinary frequency or doe it also support with reducing urinary leak?

I've done this for years to control pain of endometriosis, my doctor told me to bear my BCP for 3 or 4 months at a time without a break. Your body adjust fairly all right. You may have some cramping when it would in general be time to start, but if you keep taking the pills lacking taking the placebo you shoudln't have any flow at adjectives.
If you're looking for a lighter flow, ask your doctor about Meclomen. It reduce flow and therefore reduce your pain. I've taken it for 4 or 5 months presently and LOVE it - there's only just ANY flow at all - adjectives 7 days combined have smaller quantity flow than about a partly day of regular flow, seriously, it's a lifesaver!

I be on the pill for 18 years, loved it. Never had any problems. Never get pregnant either. In the summer, I would occasionally verbs my pills to hold off my interval for swimming or vacation approaching you did. I never had any problem. I cogitate the key is not to do it unbelievably often.

I have read on a few different medical sites (i'm sorry, I don't have the source at the moment =[ ) that it's completely nontoxic to skip your period for 3 months at a time. Call your doctor though and ask what he/she think.

I skipped my fourth week and it took months to achieve back on rota. I had breakthrough bleeding and I never know when it would show up.

I will never skip that fourth week again!
