Answers: The best thing to do is exercise. It releases fluent endorphins, and helps acquire rid of the pent up energy we sometimes bring which makes us get the impression restless and jittery. Drink plenty of water and a polite vitamin is good too, similar to Cal-Mag. :)
Meditate. I know it sounds corny, but if you control your breathing and center yourself, it will help bring that anxiety down. pocket a nap...it other helps to relax and also you will be smaller quantity anxious when you are rested.
