From what I enjoy read... it is a myth that you can actually target specific areas of the body when it comes to consignment loss. Weight loss is all over the body, and the first place you put the bulk on, is almost always the second place that it will come off.
Just preserve up on the cardio (most sites recommend at least 30mins of moderate exercise.)
