It is different for everyone. I can solely tell you my experience -
First 3 months: green about the gills and bone-aching tired all the time.
Months 4 through 6: Felt the best I own ever felt surrounded by my life.
Month 7 to nativity - swolen ankles & feet, trouble sleeping at hours of darkness and sick to stomach in the a.m.
My proposal - give surrounded by to your cravings (as long as they aren't unsafe for you or the baby), avoid nutrasweet, limit your caffeine. Pre-natal vitamins might be what make you sick instead of morning sickness - talk next to your Dr. about it. My doctor switched me to 2 flinstones beside iron per day. I kept ginger snaps subsequent to the bed for when I woke up. When I felt sick during the day, cinnamon altoids help.

For me, it was a piece of cake. Minimal discomfort, I feel great emotionally and physically. But I also know people who enjoy had closely of discomfort, pain, and sickness, as very well as a roller-coaster of emotion.

well its different for everyone, for my mother, it be harder for her w/ me cuz i had a bigger leader than my sister did. you can get an epadural, you quality no pain at adjectives, u feel the newborn and everything but no pain usually. wen my sister have her baby it be hard for her, but shes kinda a drama queen, so yea. some ppl are in labor for similar to ever. either road its a beautiful expirience.Everybody experiences it differently. You may wallow in it and find it fascinating sense your baby see inside of you. Or feeling hiccups. It does enjoy it's downsides like heartburn and hemorrhoids. Some even own morning sickness that either last all light of day and night or only plain nausea. But overall just wallow in how incredible it really is. The best part is holding that toddler for the first time and seeing it's face.

It is not a sturdy process, just seem like a long one. as time get closer you will have to see the doctor oodles every week, and take cruel vitamins, and deal beside all the poking and proding, next a few times you think its time and you jump to the hospital only to find out its unwary yet, so a moment ago bare near it and enjoy, I enjoy 2 going on 3, congrats!

My sisters-in-law have five kids between them, and they both have wonderful, easy pregnancies and I've never hear a word of complaint about their labors (and you know how women love to confer about how tough it is and all that).My SILs both enjoy very positive outlooks and they refuse to listen to any horror stories about cramp and morning sickness and terrible labors and such.
I feel that made all the difference.
This is YOUR experience. Don't tolerate anyone poison it for you, even if they think they scrounging well, and are simply trying to prepare you. It's bull.

How much do u weigh when u usually bring back ur period?
The single thing I can enlighten you is to rest, rest,rest throughout your entire pregnancy and it shouldn't be too hard on you! With both of my pregnancies (I own a 16 mo old and I m 30 weeks preg) I pushed myself too hard-I enjoy a very glorious stress job next to long hours- I get exhausted and everything ache. I reccommend going to part-time work or at tiniest light duty while pregnant because basically carrying the baby alone after roughly week 20 is a job contained by itself, LOL! I don't mean to terrify you- all I am getting at is if you help yourself to it easy and hold care of yourself, pregnancy isn't too desperate. All the answers I see are right. I think pregnancy is charming! Congratulations! Stay positive whether you have support or not. Save money if you can. Meditate to traffic with adjectives of the emotional ups and downs you may experience. Eat lots of fresh fruits and fresh veggies. Please guzzle lots of sea! Red rasberry leaf tea or pregnancy tea is fitting for you while you are pregnant and breastfeeding. It tones your uterus and prepares it for childbirth and it's good and nutritious for your babe. Also, your breathing (whether it's during meditation or not) must be practiced. Control of your breath is how you deal next to labor. Maybe you can take one of those prenatal yoga classes or Lamaze. Take it smooth though, cause if you own more pregnancies in the adjectives, or even just an additional, you'll be pregnant and tending to a touch one.
