ok so i am 5"3 113 pounds. i need to loose 20 pounds to look ok. is this a apt goal? also my on a daily basis diet latlly has be a cup of fruit and a cup of coffe... should i cutt more out? i run 6 miles a week.. and do 200 crunches in the morning and darkness... when will i see a difference in substance?

Answers:    No one your height should weigh much smaller amount than you. I would focus on fitness and health. Coffee is impossible for you try to add a yogurt or two, at the remarkably least! The exercise you do is GREAT!! Much more than most culture. The amount of food you eat contained by comparison is not. You aren't loosing weight because your body is within conservation/starving mode and it is trying to hold on to everything it has. My direction, eat like mad more and talk near someone like a coach or trainer at a gym or dietitian.

Like everyone else who have answered your question.This is not glowing.The only point you are doing right now is making it harder for yourself to lose substance.I ll tell you something alarming...I was doing excatly what you are doing presently and not only did i not lose bulk I gained cargo.This is only a provisional solution to a permanament promblem.If you want to be slim then be respectable and slim.By you not eating your with the sole purpose SLOWING down your metabolisim and in a month or a year when you realise that you cant survive of fruit or coffee and you progress back to consumption normally your going to gain twice as much.Eat usually and exercise and Im sure you will look and feel great give or take a few yourself...it doesnt have to be that tough!!
