swimming is great for muscle toning. Another speedy way... lay on the ground on your subsidise. Put your legs together and lift them at like time off the ground. Hold them roughly speaking 6 inches from the ground. Hold them there as long as you can. Rest for a few moments and repeat. You will be aware of the burn this way, more than any other exercise! moral luck- Girls only!!?
