IUD interview?

On Feb 22, I had a depo shot surrounded by my arm and then I settled to have an IUD instead. I have no periods and I be on it for 3 months prior to that with no period. So I had an IUD inserted on March 13, 2007 and enjoy been bleeding since the afternoon after it was put surrounded by. Is this normal? How long does it help yourself to before I will hold my normal cycle rear.

I bled until I have my first period after IUD insertion (which be a rather scratchy period). 2nd period after I bled for a couple days before term. 3rd period after I be back to average. Whether what you're experiencing is normal could depend on whether you enjoy a hormone IUD or a copper IUD (mine is copper). I was told that if I have severe abdominal pain and/or hallucination it would be time to worry, otherwise the bleeding be probably just fine. Since you hold been bleeding for a while you should come up with about at most minuscule calling the doc.

Serious question for the elder or "more experienced" ladies?

This is normal. I do not own an IUD, but a family beneficiary had one put within recently and I remember she said she be heavily bleeding for over a month. I am not sure how long it will be until you are back to run of the mill. You will probably have to ask your doc something like that.
