Controling emotion? pleez aid!?

how can i control my emotions??!?!?!?!!? i can be extremely peppy and happy but other times i am barmy frustrated or extremely emotional and sad my parents apperently receive pretty sick of it and so do i. i cant help it most of the time and i really become deppressed and i desperatelly need give a hand so any help would help me so pleeeeeeezzzz impart me some advice to control this and why i am acting like this and cant minister to it and just break down like this.

Talk to your parents just about this and let them help you. It may of late be hormones, or you may need to see a doctor or counselor to help you work through things.

Hey if you're within your teens, it's super normal. Lol, I'm in college and this still happen sometimes..What you can do is try and ignore the moods a bit. Like if you're feeling unhappy, feel sad, but slight anything that it makes you feel approaching doing. (Like if you want to yell at everybody around you, go write the suggest things you are thinking on paper and then gash up the paper and throw it out.)
If you're feeling super excited roughly something, that's awesome..but if ppl get annoyed cuz you are jumping around too much try and be mediator so you don't bug them.
Anyway, don't worry about it too much, be yourself, try to avoid drama fight, and eat healthy foods, procure plenty of rest, exercise a few mins each day, and find clothes and hairstyles and beautry products that work for you.
