I'm on depo myself, so I'll try to be as much help as possible.

1. I don't really know, but I wouldn't clutch the chance. I dawdle a week or two after I get my shot until that time I do anything risky.

2. I spot damn near every hours of daylight. However, one of my friend's bleeding stopped completely. It depends on your body.

My son is 5wks outdated and the flow of my bleeding increases by the week, now it flows close to water. Is this common?
