When I was childlike I used to bleed for like two weeks, after two weeks off, consequently repeat. It was awful because they be extremely heavy and long. Eventually, after years, my body get on a normal cycle. If you are usually usual then don't verbs to much about this irregularity. It could be diet related, or removal of exercise. Or it could just be shifting hormones. It also depends on how old you are and how long you've be having period. This might just be a once contained by awhile thing, but if it starts arranged every month then you can increase your exercise, guzzle alot of fruits and veggies, and iron-rich foods. And if you really feel resembling nothing is helping you can other try a low-dose birth control just for keeping your flow street light and consistent. So don't stress, it's probably just a difficult month. Good luck!
