Was it the birth control or Minocycline?
Well I run out of refills so I get off the pill for a couple months. Then I realize that my hair be thinning on top and the sides! I can see my scalp when my hair is raining! It isn't noticeable when my mane is dry but when it's wet i consistency so bad! So i figure that it was the minocycline so i get off of it. Then i read that once you take off birth control your fuzz can actually wasted because of hormones or something.
Does anyone know why my hair could possibly be thinning? I am 18 years frail, very good female. I be taking ortho trycycline low. Has anyone else experience this? Will my hair become fuller again? Please assistance.

Answers: I've been on minocycline and birth control indistinguishable time, and both seperately without the other. I be on yasmin for birth control though, and ive never had the problem you have. Im thinking it has more to do beside the birth control because that messes with your horomones. I would suggest calling the doctor and asking going on for this to see if you need to cart tests or attain on a different birth control. yasmin has be shown to help acne, and it help me a bit, but ive always have problems with acne so im not much abet.
Yup birth control can make you lose your pelt. Oh gosh you sound similar to my twin!
I first took minocycline for my acne, but was allergic, so next my doc wanted me to try BC. I be also on Ortho TriCyclen. My hair loss didn't evolve until I was sour of the BC. After being sour BC for awhile, I started experiencing extreme hair loss and weightiness gain. I found out my hair loss be caused by something call Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Look into PCOS, and evaluate whether or not you have other symptoms. BC mask the symptoms of PCOS, so this might be why you experienced hair loss after getting sour the pill.
