Time of the month pms!!?

I have my spell regularly, but about a week up to that time my period i take severe EVERYTHING.

CRAMPING
BLOATING
and MAJOR MAJOR mood swings, body heats up, sweat more, and occasional nausea.

BUT I AM NOT PREGNANT...

This is regular..i did start taking birthcontrol pills that made more NAUSEAS .

so i be wondering anyone else feel this bearing at that time of themonth

my cramps are so severe i cant catch out of bed and i get nausea similar to crazy. i twist and turn and use heat pads, even midol. nought works for me.
my bloating is cool though. i get really big and next the next daytime im flat as a board as if i was working out and have a six-pac. it's usually really hard. my friends envy that cuz they can`t stand being bloated. bwahahaha.
i capture hot flashes, dizziness, headaches, posterior pains, my ears get hot AND my breast swell. they receive tender and painful
so, i got it worse... sorry though. appropriate luck.

Yes, I do perceive that way around my interval.

Although I don't know about the pills, because I'm singular twelve. All of those things happen. I pretty much lug ibuprofen or ride my bike for awhile. Which pretty much helps, since it's in the mid to large nineties. Feels like a thaw bath, except contained by air and surrounded by your clothes :)

Are cramps in your sides a adjectives side effect of using the depo-provera shot?

I also experience those type of symptoms before my time starts; it's quite regular.

wow i get the impression lucky. i am not pregnate and i am not taking any pills eather. im 14 and i dont ever feel approaching that all my friends read out i dont get that because i am moving.try riding a bike or something when you feel close to that.

i know how ur feeling huny. i used to expiericance that consequently i got midol. it doesnt run away all of those but it doesnt trade name them sooooo severe! hope this helps!!
