Why does it hurt taking a tampon past its sell-by date?

I use tampons once in a while, and it is enormously easily to slide on, but, when its time for me to remove it, it hurts. I enjoy this really huge pain, and im pretty sure the tampon is full of blood. Is this adjectives?

13 year ols,tampons and fingers?

hmmmmm...
are you using those really super absorbancy ones? Those tend to expand too much in your body with the menstrating and can be self-conscious and even painful to rob out. Sticking to the regular ones might be your best bet... The tampon should be changed at LEAST every 3-4 hours if you have a ordinary flow .and more maybe every 2 hrs or so if its a stocky early flow.

if you find it really scratchy hun then view your breathing and if you are tightening up in anticipation of the pain when you're taking it out and cause it to hurt more than it should... try to relax !

I found that the most painful be taking out a " dry" tampon..one at teh end of my term ...THAT stinker hurt but it was because of the dryness for sure.
Best bet is to make over them often b4 they take too swollen with blood:)

All the best kiddo:)

make sure that when u take the tampon out you are taking it out at impossible to tell apart angle that you are putting it in at. However you put it in, whether you're sitting down or standing up, take it out contained by that same position.

I never havent have sex but my period is 5 days slow what could be the reason?

i just find that it hurts when the area inside is dryer... resembling if it's been within too long. and the time varies by personage... maybe look at it as your body's mode of telling you not to give up it in so long. bar that, sometimes it'll hurt to take out toward the cease of the cycle, and i think that's because of the blood that's surrounded by there. gross... but yeah, that's my premise. :)

I had a hysterectomy 5 years ago but they moved out the left ovarywhy am I still have lots of pain?

You must formulate sure that you relax your body when you are taking it out. Try not to tense up and pinch out slowly. Or maybe you necessitate to change them more recurrently.
I hate taking them out, but because its a foreign aim... you tend to concentrate on that feeling when it comes out... If you relax and un-tense your muscles, it doesn't have a feeling too bad!..
