hey girls. umm i've had my spell for about 2 years in a minute. and i think im organized to start using a tampon. welll everytime i try. i get the lights so within smaller. and it just kiiiiilllllls. i dont know why it hurts so much. because i know it can fit contained by. it just hurts. and i knwo im putting it inright. i dont know perchance because its to dry? i dont really know but can you help me !

make sure you are getting the plastic applicator sensitive. cardboard still hurt me and I'm 26. also the smallest ones they have (they should hold the least absorbency). try using them right when your length comes as it is heaviest then so you won't be dry.this may nouns weird but some tampon boxes voice that vaseline may help... it other hurts for me too but if it hurts while wearing it then you're not putting it in far plenty... hoped it helped... also asking your mother would be a honest idea
If it hurts more than credible it is in wrong. Try putting one leg on the toilet or on the hip bath tub (keep the other one on the floor) and lean forward a little. try putting some ky jelly or some other sort of lube on the tip of the tampon so it goes within easyer... is alot easier to get within when u bleed more... but u said urs is usually light so this should work for u merely fineWhen I first started my time, I immediately begin using tampons because of the discomfort of pads. If it hurts you defintaley have it contained by wrong. Have an adult give support to you. Also never get the cardboard big-hearted...It really hurts.try inserting a finger (clean) and leave it within for a min, then slowly move it side to side slowly stretchin urself out.
