I'm not a doctor..?

So occasionally my friend will call me up beside a problem [down there] she will tell me the problem and later ask me whats wrong with her. I articulate I dont know, go see a doctor because usually all the time i dont know. but when i right to be heard this she goes into more detail and next asks again. my question is how do i enlighten her that i dont really wanna hear about the problems down in that and that no matter how much symbolic detail you go into i am still not gonna know because i am not a doctor and she should go see a doctor. i aim she can tell me but please no detail you seize what i mean.

tell her it make you uncomfortable to hear just about her problems she has next to her body and tell her it make you feel odd around her when she get into detail near that stuff but she may have an infection and should see a doctor
