I enjoy a question involving inheritance, and small butts, plus some exercise, so I'd appreciate some HELP!!?

Okay so having a small butt runs on my moms side of the nearest and dearest, at least i have a sneaking suspicion that. I don't know about on my dads side of the ancestral, I've never paid any attention to their butts. Alas, I shan't fit surrounded by jeans, and when I do, my butt is barely distinguishable from my pay for. What shall I ever do? I exercise, and my legs went from deeply lean and unattractively slim, to a somewhat normal size, but my at the back didn't want to grow much. I'm thinking about taking up running in hopes of a butt size increase, butt I newly don't gain weight on my butt. I guzzle a lot, but I haven't a clue where on earth the calories go, they don't be in motion the my waist, and definitely not to my butt. I necessitate some good exercises, and some food that go straight to my bum!
They call me, miss no booty, when I turn around i get no butt to me.

...I am inclined to agree with the previous poster as regard to padded underwear.
Also, try doing some specialist exercises that concentrate on the buttocks- it'll bring in your butt more pert and more toned, hence more prominent- squeezing the muscles until they hurt, holding and then relaxing. Try latin dance too- it concentrates on the lower half of the body (seen Beyonce and Shakira lately?) Furthermore, eating fatty foods will merely make you harmful, and you'll end up getting hold of the weight where on earth you don't want to.
My solution is toning exercises. :)

Just continue 'til you hit "middle age"!...o.k..that won't help!- it may still be little after!..there are some underclothes that own built in lagging or padding you can incorporate...I use it for my flat middle age butt...make jeans look damn good!...( and NOBODY know its there! Basically human butt was majority made of gluteus muscles and fatty tissue.

Kat - its the designer genes. HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. Mom-no butt, couldn't miss the butts on my dad's side of the family. I guess the honourable German stock showed in up within me as a big butt. Thank the Lord nothing worse happen. Learn to love what you have. Look around in that are people worse bad than you.I like you in recent times after reading what you wrote.
