Don't ask me why, but I discussed dipping my penis in honey before I made love to my girlfriend. I assure you, I have a good plenty reason to want to, but neither of us be very literary on the whole foreign substances surrounded by that orifice. She concluded given the information that honey contains bacteria, and microbes couldn't be very upright in in that. So I'm curious, what sort of substances are safe and which ones are not?

Do not dip your penis in honey and next make love to your girlfriend. It's a discouraging idea because the sugar within the honey (and also some flavored lubricants) can (and probably will) cause a yeast infection, urinary tract infection, or worse--a kidney infection.
It's not the honey itself that will rationale the infection--it is the sugar in the honey. Bacteria thrive on sugar, and it will cause her vagina to develop more discouraging bacteria than the usual good ones that live contained by there anyway.
Generally, it's not a honest idea to use anything in her vagina besides other body parts, preferably cloaked in latex. Anything foreign could introduce microbes and cause an infection.
If you're team game on using other things, use a ky lubricant. Don't use petrolium jellies--they'll also cause infection. And clear sure the lube is sugar-free. Toys are okay too, but always mop up them in hot wet after use and if you're going to use them for anal play make sure they're rinsed in good health so no bacteria is vaginally introduced.
