i had my spell very restrained for 2 weeks so light i didnt involve a pad!! ive be having sharp pains that come and walk right below my abdomen and to the moved out side... now should i see a gyno? or a regular doctor?

I would see a Gynocologist first since you mentioned something a little eccentric and that was the length and flow of your time of year. It seems strange, when be the last time you have an exam? If it was a year ago or longer afterwards its time anyway for a check up. It could be a pelvic issue and a Gyno would be better in that suitcase.
