Exercise/stretchs that give a hand menstrual cramps?

Supposedly exercise eases cramps, but I find that it doesnt situation OR just seem to make it worse because I enjoy more muscle to cramp.

Are there any distinctive exercises programs or that ease cramps? Stretches?

try simply walking! also, i know its not excercise, but guzzle lots of bananas, they help next to menstrual pains

Aparently tennis is good for period, i suppose things that involve moving most of your body.

if your tired then sit on the sofa next to your knees up against your chest

It does help it. Its proven. Because self a couch potato doesnt get you blood flowing regularly.

I know that jog frequently helps deeply.
Simple tasks like newly walking around, walking a dog, walks on the shoreline, daily walk briskly...stuff that isnt really that strange.

Also if you want something other than exercises, try cranberry liquid, constant showers, warm baths are best, and bananas.

You could try going to the gym and playing a worthy sport that may not be so intense.
Not to much cuz then you could really injure yourself.
Maybe volleyball or basketball.
Cheerleading and dance helps also.
