Go to JC Penny or some other store sell the "sticky bra" its a bra that purely sticks to your breasts and you can clip together. They are made for shirts that you really can't wear a bra with. Get one of those and wear it lower than your normal bra next to it clipped together. Believe me I do it all the time when I want to show sour the ladies.

I would capture a water bra. I bought one when I be younger and they work wonders. They jiggle like actual breasts and you dont have to verbs about them leak. I bought mine at Fredricks of Hollywood but I have see them at other places. good luck!
