What type of thyroid problem and what type of help. I don't know what you want to know, so I'll merely put info about both underactive and overactive.

Underactive is also call hypothyroidism. Symptoms include; weight gain, constipation, dry skin, dry thinning quill, sensitivity to light, low body temp, cold foot &/or hands, headache, depression, fatigue, frequent infections, slow heart rate, low blood pressure, and muscle and joint ache.

Overactive called hyperthyroidism. Symptoms include; mass loss, diarrhea, headaches, excessive sweating anxiety, and swift heart rate.

Treatment for both is medication. For hypothyroidism, either synthetic or pure hormone. For hyperthyroidism, synthetic meds to slow down horone production.
