Start taking the motrin several days before you know your interval is going to start. This will help receive the cramps less severe when they do come. use a heat pad and some motrin. or one of those disposable cartridge on heat generate things... you tape it to the inside of your panties....
Heat helps profusely. Just get an electric heat blanket and plug it in after put it on your stomach.

Take a bath so the reheat water rubs on your stomach. Try to rest. Sleep near a heated blanket. And there's a pills..hold on let me ask my mom. I forget what it's call but it's especially for menstrual cramps and it starts with a N. Or M. Mydol? Maybe.
