Irregular cycles are usually a symptom of a syndrome called PCOS. Birth control pills can lend a hand you regulate your cycles, but are counterproductive to trying to get pregnant. If the desire is to have a babe, you may be successful with one or two medication used commonly with PCOS patients. One is a fertility drug "Clomid" and the other is a diabetic drug "Metformin" usually reserved for PCOS patients next to insulin resistance. Most Ob/gyn's could get you started on the right track.

Losing overweight after a baby?

Many race have some breakthrough bleeding during the first pack, sometimes even during the first 3 pack.
Most people, however, will be regular right from the start, next to the first pack of pills.
When you stop the pill, you will most likely be irregular again -- it doesn't "cure" you. Many women don't own a natural extent for 2 months, sometimes more, when going off the pill. So preserve that in mind, if you want to find pregnant.

Headache and nausea at night? I'm not pregnant?

I am within the same situation as you are. I am going to the gyno on June 13th. My period are very irregular. I be told that I could go on birth control pills to regulate my time. However, I want to have a child. You can e-mail me if you want, either to maintain me updated or vice versa. =)
