Thyroid and trying to conceive?

It could be your diet. Eliminate onions, garlic, curry, etc. Drink plenty of sea and do a detox program (like the products at health food store). See if that help - if not afterwards maybe an herbalist can inform you of something to nutralize your body.

What can you do to stifle acne flare-ups before your spell?

Could be diet, stress, or both. Thankfully you are healthy, so this should downsize some of your stress. As far as diet, try cutting things out that might bother your system. Like try going dairy free for a week and see if things raise. No? Then try cutting out something else. Also, hold on to your vagina clean and dry using pantiliners in the daytime and no undies at night.

Brownish vaginal discharge.. what cause it?

Does incest really cause birth defect?

Do you eat asparagus? 25% of the population get a "funny smell" when urinating after eating asparagus. I freshly googled to see if I were anywhere close and I be!

Excerpt from my source:

"The smell is supposed to be a metabolite of one of the constituents of asparagus - and I'm sure it is but they say the metabolite contained by question is methyl mercaptan which is said to be the smelliest substance specified and is also used to make unconscious gas smelly. I cannot speak for anyone else of course but after ingestion asparagus my pee smells more like metal polish than D gas. So I think it is something else - according to the Michigan Asparagus Advisory Board (God Bless 'em) "a few individuals ... claim that the odiferous compound is asparagine-amino-succinic-acid monoamide, which is derived from the amino acid, asparagine". I cannot influence for sure. Keep eating the asparagus, anyway."
