Yes, that's what you should be wearing when you swim during your period. The problem is beside pads, they bloat up when they hit marine and are uncomfortable. Tampons are fine to wear, river won't get to them, they won't leak out and it will be more safe and comfortable than any other chance.

Yes you can wear tampons in the pool. Just metamorphose it when you are done swimming or every four hours, whichever comes first.

But waht if i am in pain and the blood clots are small?

Definitely wear a tampon in the pool if you're on your time of year! DON'T wear a pad or budge with nil.
It's probably better to go beside a high absorbancy one every time you progress swimming, cos it's going to absorb some wet from the pool as well. Also, a bathroom break or two might be surrounded by order so you can check on it and redeploy it, just so you have a feeling confident about self protected. Change it straight after you swim too. I used to do synchronised swimming (doing the splits in the air etc!) and it be fine wearing a tampon - but yeah, do make sure the string's tucked away!!

Yes. You enjoy to, otherwise you will be bleeding in the pool. (Water does not stop a period, it olny wash the blood away).
Don't wear a pad. It will soak up sea the minute you jump surrounded by and then won't know how to absorb any blood.
