My period be due yesterday and have be feeling crampy since ultimate Saturday what could be going on?
I did a HP test yesterday and it be negative.

period dont always work similar to clockwork. I would imagine that it should follow in the next hours of daylight or so.
Probably just hormones. That have happened to me tons times before, and to plentifully of people I know. Just lift something if the pain is bothering you and don't verbs too much. If a month goes by and you still don't enjoy your period, stir to the docs. Unless you could be pregnant, then be in motion right now, the sooner you know the better~!
