Repetitive, I know, but... switching birth control and late interval?

I'm asking this just because I'm curious.

I took Ortho Tricyclen Lo for three months earlier switching to Yasmin this month. I took my first placebo on Sunday and nothing happen. Today, nothing... all the same. I've had mild cramping, but that's it. With my second month on Ortho Tricyclen Lo, my period come on Sunday instead of Monday like it have the previous two months. Is there a adjectives that my period is a moment ago late because of switching brands of birth control?
