You have ridges up near and that's normal. It your birth waterway. The "bumps" you feel are probably only just your hymen or your just swollen up within from your period. It's middle-of-the-road to have swelling for a couple of days after your extent. I wouldn't worry if your far from your finishing period. If your concerned you can other go see a gynocologist.
