YEEEOWCH! this happen to anyone else?
I was surrounded by my gymnastics class yesterday and I slipped and landed astraddle this sturdy steel pole.right on my vagina! I couldn't belive the agony I was surrounded by. I grasped by vagina and fell right off, within a fetal position only wiht my hand clutching my crotch, crying, actually CRYING near the pain. Women, please recount me I'm not alone!
I lay there for 20 minutes sobbing in agony in the past the old woman who owns the place came put money on from lunch and saw me there! Feel sorry for me please.

Ice it. Then sit within a tub with heat water. Take some aspirin. I have a similar experience I slipped in a parking lot on marine and did the splits. Ouch, I was sore for a week or more. Pulled a muscle downtown. Rest.
