Is it innate to bleed after an orgasm? cos i did?

i started my period on sunday, and it finished on wednesday darkness. i didnt bleed all sunshine but wen i got 2 bed yesterday (thursday) i have about 30-40 orgasms. when i go to the toilet, i was bleeding when i wipe. it carried on today and i'm still bleeding. it is a little sensitive down here, and i put on a pad and a tiny, tiny amount have been soaked within, but it's brown blood. it was red when i wipe before. could this be feeble blood? i tried wiping down at hand and there's tiny, tiny splatters of brown blood, sometimes it's red.
should i see a doctor, or is it unnecessary, is this my time of year? i don't have any other symptoms whatsoever, and i'm singular 13

If this was a genuine question I would say aloud yes it's okay to bleed a little after rough sex, as long as it's leting up. Especially after your length when yu are still a little tender.
