What to do going on for shaved vulva?

yesterday I shaved some of my pubic hair for the first time, and I only shaved some of the top stale and left a little, consequently I realized there be stubble. It's very irritating and I've tried putting lotion but it's still very annoying. I've hear you shouldn't shave all of it off and I'm wondering why and what I should do almost the stubble because every time I try to shave the stubble off I can't without shaving my entire vulva.

Answers:    You hold to start by cutting the hair next to scissors. Then with shaving cream shave in the direction the mane grows. Then, to get rid of the stubble, shave in the other direction. it should be indisputable smooth. :)
