Weight problem/question?
I'm 13 years old, 5'2", and 113.5 lbs. I want to seize down to 100 within a few weeks. Nothing seem to be working... i am really muscular from dance, and i work out 2 hours a light of day not including dance (i did this past i started to diet.) I eat really hygienic (less than 1000 calories a day). I even tried going back to one anorexic...but it didn't work. Lately i noticed that the sides of my stomach aren't as trim as they used to be, but perchance i just enjoy huge hips. Anyway, what am i doing wrong? PLEASE HELP!!

If you are doing everything right and your bulk is not dropping it is probably because your body has reach the weight that it have "decided" to stay at. Becoming anorexic (again?) is definitely not the answer. Sadly, it sounds similar to you are back on that side of the road. People who have battle anorexia always see themselves as overweight even though they are railing thin. Take it from someone who have been within.don't go by immensity. I choose to go by clothes size. If my clothes start sense tight, I diet a little bit. I weigh once a month. Please want advice from outside sources so that you don't become poorly.
excercize for 2 more hours go to the gym or somthing
If you be to become 100 pounds that is not deeply healthy. Your BMI would be 18 and the nourishing range is 19-23. But if you still want to lose the freight I would recommend running. Running slims you down but you keep the muscle. Don't starve any. Eat healthy and ample to fill you up.

ok dont do the anorexic entity it slows your metabolism and your going to have a sturdy time losing weight when you try to do it the right mode cause your body will store everything you get through as fat.your pretty young at heart still so if you do some cardio and light freight training with machines get through heathy drink plenty of water and you should start to lose weightiness. good luckJust drink deeply of water and individual eat when you are hungry. I wouldnt want to lose so much counterweight, especially since you are muscular. Stay how you are.. your already perfect presently.
