Save your money, girl. Excercise help me with gas during my length or any time in common. Running or dancing works best. A virtuous cardio workout of some kind get air flowing through your digestive track pretty like greased lightning.
If that is too humiliated for you, go on a nice long amble instead. Also, eat smaller, more frequent meal. Take a hot bath to relax those muscles. Hope this help.
As for the irritability, try listening to music. Any brand works. Soft music will calm you down, lofty energy music will pass you energy, etc. Soft is best for moodswings though.
