HELP! I have a reoccurring vaginal impulsive. Did the yeast infection cure.?

The steroid cream that one dr gave me for contact dermititus isn't as potent as it once was. I first have this 3 years ago. Have seen 4 doctors over this. Has any one else have these symptoms? Swollen, crusty outer vagina. Itchy inner vagina and out. Sometimes bleeding. The Monistat helped some but cause bleeding. It is a very depressing situation, character of hopeless and physically miserable. Please no wisecrackers, this is serious to me.
