X-ray of kidneys?

I went yesterday to capture an ultra sound because i be having pains in my lower stomach ( kinda feel like small contractions) Plus final weekend i was have pain surrounded by my kidneys that put me to the floor it was so tight. I haven't hadnt had any pain contained by my kidneys since sunday. Ok now during the ultra nouns they order a x-ray, They couldn't recount me anything because its to go to my doctor and he is to parley to me. But that wont be until next week. . Any concept's on what might be going on?
