Iron defficiency?

when my boyfriend and i have sex,i tend to bleed.it's not really common.but when i take my iron pills 3 times a morning on a regualar basis it doesn't ensue.i'm a vegetarian and don't receive enough protein.my iron smooth is at 7.is this a result?

this imply SEVERE anemia. the bleeding with sex could be a couple of different things, but its anyone exacerbated by your low iron levels.

To me, bleeding after or during sex is not a normal

read these sites and want what to do. I hardly believe that iron defect can cause bleeding anywhere. It cause dizziness, it causes other symptoms but not bleeding.
Iron stratum of 7 is really bad, you should own 12-14 and not 7. I do think you stipulation urgently to consult a doctor to give you iron injections as pills do not give the impression of being to do much good.

Hey cutiecourt, probably you should try a liquid iron, it's much easier to appropriate (costs a little more) and your body absorb the iron better than the pill form without suffering adjectives the side effects often related to taking iron.

Another point you could try is taking chlorophyll each year. Chlorophyll helps the body metabolize iron more proficiently.

I can't help you on the bleeding after sex issue, but doesn't give the impression of being that it would be caused by low iron, although it would do your iron levels to become lower. Talk to a doctor around the bleeding after sex, he/she has hear it before and may hold answers for you.
