Answers: There should be groves on the upper member of the applicator, you need to push it surrounded by all the agency to the groves, then push the plunger segment inside. This will push the tampon out of the applitcator and inside you. It might hurt a little, cause sure you are using a small tampon, like a Lite, slender regular, or regular. Also, net sure your flow is heavy ample to use a tampon. The blood acts as a lubricante and relief the tampon slide into place easier. With a good flow / lubricant the tampon will be difficult to insert.
It hurt really desperate the first time I did. Make sure you get it pretty far up. To my surprise, the first time I put within a tampon there be no pain. It be uncomfortable for a bit bit but after a while you don't even feel it, if you put it contained by properly. Which is easy. Read the directions on the box and you'll be fine. Try getting Playtex Sport or Tampax Pearl which own grips and make it easier to insert it later remove the applicator without a big mess. i usually a moment ago put it in till the element where you place your fingers almost not goes surrounded by. it's been working well-mannered for me!
If you are using a tampon with an applicator, here will be a place where you can grip it next to your middle finger and thumb.
