This is scare me! Advice please!!?

Okay i got my time on 7-7-07 and i had severe cramps, nausea, and almost faint. Then from Saturday till today I have just been spotting. cramps come on and past its sell-by date. I have adjectives off a sudden have a change surrounded by appetite, like i get hold of hungry every hour or so, like im adjectives and havent eaten surrounded by days. I feel tired greatly lately and sometimes get headache. And I know for sure im not pregnant because im a virgin lol. Oh and I am 17 yrs old lol. So what can this be? Should I be alarmed? Should I dance to the doctors if this persists? Any counsel or any thoughts on this? Anything will be of an aid, thanks sooooo much peoples!
