One sore red pimple-like bump on vagina?

A sore (not that bad really.) red pimple-like bump, It's on the top purely above the clitorous on the skin of the lip, I've had it for four days. It seem to be shrinking in size. Thanks for all those who answer.

Did you not long shave the area? Regardless, it sounds approaching an ingrown hair. If it's shrinking, that's a pious thing! It could also be a pimple, but it doesn't nouns like anything to verbs about.
