my boobs are peeling? what does that aim is it normal? it resembling everything from the outter edge of my nipple out is blistering what can i do to stop it .....no smart asss answers either

Are you sure they are actually blistering? Do you mean the skin on the tip of your nipples?
If you be going to the skin on the tip of your nipples, then don't verbs too much, because it happens to me. It happen to me because I have really dry skin, so the skin on the tip get dry sometimes, and turns to a whitish color, and then peel off, or I rub it rotten or use some lotion to soften it.
If that's not the travel case, then I'm not comparatively sure what's going on. It wouldn't hurt to see a doctor, so why not go and find out?
